Samsung’s latest compact triple-laser UST projector, The Premiere 5, was revealed at CES. This new version of the portable The Freestyle 2nd Gen projector is even smaller than JMGO’s 02S Ultra, but it offers 1080p Full HD resolution instead of 4K.
The Premiere 5 can project images ranging from 20 to 100 inches with a brightness of 560 ISO lumens. It also has auto keystone and focus features, making setup super easy. Its design is reminiscent of a Sonos One speaker, and like that speaker, it can stream music wirelessly.
The Premiere 5 comes with some cool additional features. One unique feature is touch interaction with the screen, and it uses “Samsung LightWARP technology,” which can project images onto everyday objects for creative experiences. While I’m not completely sure how all these features will play out, I’m excited to try out The Premiere 5 and see what it can do!
